Perros Party
The first and only event ever promoted by "Los Perros de la Salsa" was held on Thursday 19th August 2004, in Restaurant Acapulco in Dusseldorf's famous "Altstadt".

The venue had a great atmosphere, with the main dance floor downstairs and a more intimate dining area upstairs.
Shows included a Bachata done in truly Dominican Republican style by one of "Los Perros" who has previously performed at several Pontins salsa weekends in the UK as well as teaching Bachata at the Christmas Pontins in 2004.
A workshop that included some footwork and LA style (Cross-body Lead) partner work was included taught by "Dave & Katie (UK)". Although Dave spends a lot of his time in Dusseldorf anyway, Katie flew in specially for the party and dazzled the spectators with her dancing skills.
Two well known local DJ's (Jens and Flaco) provided a great
mixture of music, concentrating on Salsa with a touch of Merengue,
Bachata and Cha Cha.
